Anouk Heertje works part-time as a General Employee for the General Affairs department. Her duties include reception, (co-)organizing events, facility support, and the onboarding of new employees. Previously, she worked as a Facility Coordinator in the KLM Business Class Lounge, as a Housing Project Officer and Tenant Account Manager at Amstelland Hospital. She also ran her own jewelry business, for which she created the designs herself and produced them in Asia.
