Machteld van Voskuilen is a researcher at the Expertise Centre Restitution. She undertakes fact-finding investigations into the loss of cultural goods as a result of the Nazi regime, in the context of individual restitution requests.
Machteld studied History and History of Art at the University of Amsterdam and has a Masters degree in Social History. Before joining NIOD, she worked at the Amsterdam City Archives.
