    • Are NIOD's services free of charge?

    NIOD's services are mostly free of charge. There is no charge for a visit to the reading room. Written questions that can be answered quickly and easily come under our free services as well. However, a fee may be charged for requests that require extensive and time-consuming research. You will be informed about any costs in advance.

    • Closed on Mondays
    Attention: the NIOD itself is open on Mondays. The NIOD reading room is closed with immediate effect and until further notice. The two special CABR reference stations will, however, remain available whilst the reading room is closed.
