Drs. Merel Meijer

Biography

Merel Meijer is a PhD Candidate with an NWO teacher grant at NIOD Institute for War, Holocaust and Genocide Studies and the University of Amsterdam. Her research focuses on the nightlife in Amsterdam during the German occupation (1940-1945). She also teaches history at the Barlaeus Gymnasium in Amsterdam.
